Aquatic Environmental Services, Inc. was founded in 1996 while attending the University of Georgia. Prior to creating this company, I worked for another lake management company where I gained some valuable experience. I have now been involved in the lake service business for over fourteen years. I received my Masters degree in Fisheries in 1998, became incorporated, and began the growth and expansion of Aquatic Environmental that continues today.
Aquatic Environmental Services currently manages well over 100 lakes. In the last four years we performed either consulting or fish stocking on more than 500 lakes. We work on lakes as small as ¼ acre to a few over 1000 acres in size. We have commercial, residential, golf, private, and public lake clients.
Aquatic Environmental Services has all required licenses including, commercial applicator's license, liability insurance, aquaculture registration, retail fish dealer license, wild animal license, trapping license, nuisance animal control contract and business license. - Dekalb County - Complete Lake Analysis of all 20 lakes owned by Dekalb County Parks and Recreation. Recommendation on aesthetic and fishing enhancements.
- Taylor Creek Reservoir - Electroshock Analysis of 4,000 acre lake outside Orlando Florida. Complete Management report recommendations: fish harvest, stocking, supplemental feeding and weed control.
- Deer Creek Outfitters - Complete Lake design. Designed 25 acre lake for trophy bass fishing and duck hunting. Complete cover/structure design, and stocking plan. Follow up fish stocking, fertilization and supplemental feeding setup.
- Carrollton Water Works - Successful reduction of Oscellatoria abundance via EarthTec application in (3) 100+ acre water supply reservoirs resulting in elimination of “smelly” water.
